Hi there! My name is Tyler Kivelson, and I'm currently a student at the University of Colorado, Boulder, pursuing
a degree in Computer Science with a minor in Leadership Studies.
I'm passionate about technology, sustainability, and the outdoors—whether it's building software, leading teams,
or exploring remote mountain ranges.
At CU Boulder, I've been involved in developing innovative projects like an AI food waste reduction platform, an IPsec encryption
system, and a sustainability-focused food scanner, EcoAtlas. Additionally, this website was fully designed and coded by yours truly.
I also founded the Big Mountain Club,
creating a thriving community of outdoor athletes who take on challenging adventures.
When I'm not coding or leading initiatives, I love pushing my limits outdoors—whether that's running
ultramarathons, climbing peaks, or planning the next big trip.
You can check out some of my adventures on the adventure tab!
I also love capturing my experiences through photography and film. Check out my photography here
and watch my latest film here!
